ATMS Warehouse Management System and Supply Chain Track and Trace solutions are designed for both Third Party Logistics Providers and dedicated in-house operations.
Systems are designed to improve warehouse efficiency and improve stock accuracy, whilst improving efficiency with automated data capture and electronic communication of supply chain information.
Our activity based charging module, for instance, ensures optimised client billing for Third Party Logistics Operators and is also well received by in-house operations moving towards using their warehousing operations as profit centres.
ATMS software solutions are highly configurable ‘packages’ – packages that can be configured and re-configured to your existing and future needs at the click of a mouse – by yourselves, by ATMS or by any of our accredited international partners. ATMS solutions are platform independent – they run on most types of hardware / operating system; including Windows 200X, Unix, Linux, HP-UX etc. Our solutions can link with all leading external databases, including Oracle, SQL, Progress etc. Applications are ‘crash proof’, zero maintenance, designed to run 24 hours a day / 7 days a week and are highly scalable - from one user to thousands of users with no code changes. For even greater resilience our systems can synchronise automatically with remote servers, often situated in a different geographical area – providing the ultimate level of disaster prevention.
ATMS solutions and services include:
ATMS software solutions have a clearly defined product road map – detailing future enhancements and modules. All our customers, partners and associates contribute to this road map, through user group meetings, workshops and regular reviews. This means that the majority of our customers’ future needs are taken care of in future software releases. This minimises or eliminates the need for bespoke work – work that can be expensive and time consuming. Customers enjoy free of charge like for like software upgrades as a part of their support service.
Systems are robust, easy to use and flexible. Systems can grow with your business, and can be moved to other hardware platforms as the needs of your business change. As you would expect, users can be located anywhere bringing together departments, divisions, customers and suppliers.
ATMS works with customers both directly and through a network of carefully selected and accredited implementation partners. In all cases customers are all part of the ATMS user group community – sharing ideas and best practices with other ATMS users. Our implementation partners are selected for their knowledge of specific markets, by industry type or geography, or their knowledge of specific ‘back office’ systems.
The ATMS team includes specialists with many years experience in third party logistics, warehouse management, manufacturing and distribution. We regularly work with our customers as an extension of their business development or IT teams – helping them to develop electronic supply chain links to their customers, clients and suppliers and helping them to conform to the processes required. Our expertise takes account of traceability, Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX / SOA), RF-ID to EPC standards, electronic communication including AS/2 and XML, interfaces including SAP Certified, Oracle, Microsoft Great Plains.

ATMS works with its customers to carefully plan and manage the implementation of each project. The key project stages are specification and design, system tailoring and development, conference room pilot and phased installation. A comprehensive training schedule is drawn up in conjunction with the customer.
| ATMS provides a tailored on-going support service to each customer. The support service includes both technical and operational support. The service provides a guaranteed response - 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year if required.
ATMS also supports its customers by providing a consultancy service to ensure that the best use is being made in the system. We also attend meetings with our customers and their trading partners to provide advice on ways of improving trading and communications. |
