Help Desk Support
This position involves working in a small team to ensure
customer levels of satisfaction are maintained to a high standard.
We are looking for an individual having good communication skills, both written and verbal, that help in identification and resolution of application issues.
The role entails working with the development and project teams to help in the testing and evaluation of new system functionality.
With a salary dependent on experience and an ever changing day, this position requires a dynamic and self motivated individual to work with an increasingly dynamic and global solution provider.
Tasks will include:
Updating and reporting from the Help Desk
Issue identification and
documentation
Software testing
Customer management and
satisfaction
Keeping Service
Level Agreements and KPI
Preparation of user documentation
Contribution to the
Customer User Group
Skills required:
2 years
experience of a software helpdesk
Good knowledge of MS Office products
Industry experience that would be a benefit:
supply chain, logistics,
warehouse management
Customer
Service
Use of
'Robohelp'
Use of
Crystal reports
